Nosheen works with women using packages because it gets her patients  the results they want: a regular period, ovulation, more energy, less hair loss, better digestion, and pregnancy! 

A package model allows for a holistic and sustainable action plan, tailored to your specific needs…and sets you up for success! 

This is why all new patients must start off with a package plan. Once you have gone through the program on a package plan, you can schedule follow-up visits with Nosheen as needed.

Nosheen is in-network with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, and United Healthcare. 

If you have Aetna or BCBS and your insurance plan covers my services, you will be responsible for:

  • Any co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible specific to your insurance plan.
  • You do not need to purchase a package. 
  • Optional: chat support is not available to patients using their insurance as insurance ONLY covers face to face time spent with a patient. You can purchase this for an additional cost of $100/month. 

If you have Cigna and your insurance plan covers our services, you will be responsible for:

  • Any co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible specific to your insurance plan. 
  • A reduced package fee of your choice. Cigna only covers 3 nutrition visits a year. It is highly recommended to purchase a package to get the best results. If your Cigna plan covers 3 nutrition visits, the cost of the package will be adjusted for you. 
If you have United Healthcare and your insurance plan covers our services, you will be responsible for:
  • Any co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible specific to your insurance plan.
  • You do not need to purchase a package. 
  • Optional: chat support is not available to patients using their insurance as insurance ONLY covers face to face time spent with a patient. You can purchase this for an additional cost of $100/month.

Additional Services

Reschedule Your Period - $175

Don’t let your period prevent participation! You may love your body and cycle but still want to reschedule it for an upcoming religious obligation, wedding or honeymoon, or vacation. Your PCP might recommend birth control but if that doesn’t sound right to you, Nosheen can help you navigate your cycle around your special activity. "I've never worked with a dietitian before, but I was in such a hopeless state with my health (Hashimoto's and PCOS). Things were getting worse and worse. So, when I read about you and what you do; I figured I'd try it and see if it would help. I've done different guided diet plans for PCOS before but never anything like this.
