About Nosheen

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Nosheen, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the founder of Hayat Nutrition & Wellness. I created this practice because I believe women deserve care that goes beyond symptom management. We deserve to feel empowered, supported, and truly well—not just when things go wrong, but every step of the way.
Too often, women’s health is neglected or only taken seriously when it becomes a crisis. My goal is to change that by offering a holistic, personalized approach to nutrition and wellness that honors the whole you—your hormones, your story, your culture, your goals.
My work focuses on women’s health, with special attention to hormonal balance, fertility, metabolism, and overall wellness. I take a weight-inclusive, compassionate approach that’s rooted in science, but always centered on you. Whether you’re navigating PCOS, hypothyroidism, preparing for pregnancy, or simply trying to feel more energized and in control of your health—I’m here to walk with you.
As your dietitian, I’m not just giving you a plan—I’m offering you partnership. I’ll be your coach, your cheerleader, and a consistent source of support as you move toward the life you want.
When I’m not with clients, you can find me hiking a local trail, reading something inspiring, or spending time with my husband in our home in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
