Why Choose Hayat Nutrition?

*Understand the root cause of your symptoms.

I help clients address underlying nutrition problems that show up in the form of poor sleep, fatigue, hair loss, unexpected weight gain, PMS, high A1C, endometriosis, and other symptoms.

*A holistic approach.

You might be coming to me with one goal in mind. But you will leave with a better understanding of how all parts of your body work together to support good health. We cannot address one concern without tuning and balancing other functions of your body.

*The core of my programs is food...

that doesn't put an unnecessary burden on your wallet. No fancy or expensive foods and supplements that may or may not be helpful. Leave the the chia seeds, green smoothies, superfoods, and the long list of supplements at the door. Learn what foods to eat for meeting your nutrient needs, food frequency, hydration, and more so you can use these fundamental skills for the rest of your lives...and never have to come back to me!

*No extreme dieting.

Health is about creating balance in the body. One of the best ways to do this is to re-shape our understanding of stress and learn how to reduce it. This is precisely why I don’t encourage extreme dieting: it’s too stressful on the body and works against our goal of getting you back to good health.

*Health at every size (HAES) approach

A HAES model recognizes that despite spending billions of dollars on studying obesity and trying to find a solution for sustainable weight loss, we have yet to truly understand obesity and weight loss. The negative consequences of repetitive attempts at weight loss are rarely talked about. These include: preoccupation with food and body, self-hatred, eating disorders, discrimination, and even, poor health.

I use a HAES model to help my clients get healthy, first and foremost and let go of their obsession with becoming thin, because thin does not necessarily = health.

If you want to build a toolkit with simple strategies for better health, let’s talk!
